yes, i have checked the midi out and i try with all the devices and i can´t make it work

i have an external soundcard, TASCAM US-144mkII

i have a similar problem, when i start the earmaster i can hear the presentation music, but when i go to the exercises y can´t hear anything, my volume in sw synthy is not muted

buenas, mi problema es que al abrir el programa suena la musica de presentacion correctamente, pero al ingresar a algun ejercicio deja de haber sonido, ya me fije en herramientas > dispositivos midi, y aun asi no lo pude solucionar.
