The 'Exercise Setup' menu item is grey on the Mac menu option. Is there a way around this? I'm using EarMaster5 Essential 5.0 on a MacBook Pro.

I can't seem to get the Earmaster Essential app to recognize my guitar so that I can 'play in' the answers, either using the Mac Mic or directly connecting my guitar to the microphone input.
