You must define a new object in inversions as well. Select "New custom chord..." from the "Chords" menu (or right-click anywhere in the list). A pop-up should appear to edit your new "chord" object. This is not actually a new chord but a "chord in inversions" ...

Can you define custom chords with EarMaster Pro; with or without
being able to save them?

I'm trying to create user defined chords in the chord inversion exercise.
The feature appears to be grayed out and unavailable.
I'd be happy to buy an upgrade, but I can't find a description for one
to see if this feature is included.
