when you do the ex James-the-composer suggest, do Ido the 4th AND the 5th for 20 min everyday or do I take 1 interval at a time ?

i'm having trouble with thr interval comparison ex(name biggest interval). I can't seem to make the distinction between 4th 5th and tritone. Any tips ?

interval comparison (somewhere over the rainbow)
They say it is easier if you have the beginning of a song for reference (fi: somewhere over the rainbow = octave) I find this to be true.
Do any of you have these references for the other intervals ? Going up AND down ? I need very well known songs...
