It was in fact the results of only a few lessons that were sent.
So in short, it is not a software problem--it is a problem with the computers here, correct?

Hi, I am trying to import a results file sent to me via email from a student. I saved it to the desktop, and the import box seems to recognize that there is data from that student available in the file on the desktop. But when I click "import" a new pop-up box says there is no information ...

Skipping lessons
Is there a way for a student to skip lessons? It seems that you have to complete all earlier lessons with a satisfactory score in order to move onto the next one. Can this be set up otherwise?

Can I unistall one of the 5 installations allowed for EM school, and reinstall it on a different computer, without losing one of my 5 installations in the process? How might this be done?

Is there a way to create a tutor or lesson, and lock it so it can only be taken once by a student, as a quiz?
