Hello.
I don't have a clue what it is but when I'm using EarMaster, this keeps popping into my screen. I have added a picture where the pop-up box can be seen. It says "Error" and when I'm clicking "ok", it just keeps popping up again and I am not able to remove it. It makes the app impossible to use cause the only thing I can do, is tapping the "home" bottom twice and then swipe it up. It has happened plenty of times. Should I know what it is? My dad can't help me. What can I do?

No this is not normal. Could you please contact support@earmaster.com so that we find out what the problem is. Please add in your email the iPad model oyu have and the iOS version you are using. Thank you in advance.
