App often cant distinguish my voice during my interval singing, what to do?

Post by Le003 »

i think i'm singing the right answer, the app cant capture my voice, when i hit play my performance button, there's no answer. This situation is very often in the sing interval mode. What should i do? i've already changed the tone range to tenor, which i think is very close to my voice.
I'm using Chinese version so i hope you can get me.

Hello,

In the Interval Singing exercise, you need to hold the tone until it is inserted in the staff.

If the problem happens in the beginning of the Beginner's Course though, then it is using either the sight-singing or singback engines. In that case, if you can't hear your voice when you click on "Hear my answer", then it means that the software is not registering your voice. IN that case, please give us more info about your setup. Or even better: film the problem with a smartphone and send us the video by email or upload it to a video service. It is almost impossible to debug such problems without a video because we the issues could be caused by hundreds of things. A video gives us many clues instantly.
