Microphone isn't working

Hi,

I have EarMaster for my iphone and want to start with the 'singing intervals' exercise, but the microphone doesn't work at all. I have already switched to the microphone as the instrument. I cant figure out what the problem is, because my mic works when I record my voice in other apps. Im thankful for any suggestions!

Can you make a video showing the problem. It's hard to tell what is not working exactly without more information
