I bought earmaster french yesterday. I paid trough paypal. But i didn't receive any licence number. Is it normal ? How long will it take to get it ?
I stay in france.

Chèr Phil, you need to address EarMaster directly. Go to their "About us" page, and fill in the form you'll find at the bottom of the page (Message for EarMaster ApS) with your postal address, e-mail address and the time of the purchase. Or you could send a PM (private message) to the webmaster, and he should provide you with an answer shortly.

Thank you for the answer. I receive a mail from earmaster sales team. They give me my licence number, so it's really cool. Now, my wife can work her Jazz musical's skills and me too.
