Note recognition

Well, the problem is very simple: whenever I sing an A, it recognizes an E. I would like to know if there is a fix for this problem. I am using the app in a Windows PC and the version is 7.2. I believe it has other issues too with note recognition.

Hi, it's hard to tell what the problem is without sound and image. Please make a video showing the problem and send it to support@earmaster.com (or post a link here). Make sure that we can hear your voice and see the staff, and to answer at least a couple of questions. This will help us understand the issue better and find a solution.

Also check that you haven't selected a value for the "Transposing instrument" option in EarMaster's preferences. It should be set to "0 - no transposition" if you are singing answers (as opposed to playing them with a saxophone or a clarinet for example)
