sharps and flats

How do you enter sharps and flats in the scales when you are only using the mouse? I´m checking the program with the free version. Is that the reason I can't enter sharps and flats? thank you

sharps and flats by mouse

Post by Bojan »

Hey there ibai, it seems to be impossible to enter sharps or flats by mouse, i just tried. This used to be possible in previous builds, but i guess it has been removed now, i remember that you could enter sharps just by moving the mouse to the left or right, while holding left key pressed, but unfortunately, now you have to use keys 7, 8, or 9 to enter those accidentals... It would be nice if EarMaster would want to put them back :-D.

Don't worry, you can still do that :-D
It's just not a default option anymore.
Go in the Notes menu, and click on Add Accidentals with Mouse
Then you can add flats and sharps by moving the mouse to the left or right while holding the left mouse button :)
