Hi,
i bought a license for earmaster (not earmaster school, the regular one), few years ago, and left music for a while. during that time i've changed computer and lost my copy. as i said i didn't deal with music and forgot about this program i had. resiently i recall this program and wanted to practice with it again but didn't have the serial any more, so i downloaded the trial version which is about to expire. i wonder if you can check your DB and verify what i'm saying now, in order to give me my serial, so i can use my copy again. i don't know what was my purchase credit card number but i'm prety sure my email address is the same. so... you have that: [EDIT: e-mail address removed to protect from spam] and my name is uri weil. my old computer is in the garbage so it is certain that no one will use my copy for free by it. i used to live in 4th hisin street in tel aviv israel when i bought the license. i hope that will be enough for you to verify what i'm saying, and you'll send me a new registration data.

I'd like to mention again, as it has been mentioned many times on this forum, that any request regarding serial number recovery has to be made by e-mail to our support address (see the "About Us" section of the website), not on this forum.

The forum is a place to discuss things related to the use of the program and music in general, things that are interesting to share with others.

thank you very much. i just want to add that to my opinion it is not clear that the cotact us mail suppose to be in the about us tab. i'm not a novice internet user and i didn't think to look there.

You're probably right. The website is soon going to be re-designed so we'll probably take that into consideration.
