Can't read the question due to lack of contrast

I am having a very difficult time reading the question (in black letters) against their dark blue background. Given that I can read everything else, I'm not inclined to think that its my monitor. Any suggestions?

Hello,

All the backgrounds in EarMaster are light (salmon colored). If you see a blue background, there must be something wrong with the display.
What OS are you using (Windows? Mac OS?) and what version of it is it?

What version of EarMaster are you running?

In response to your question, I am using version 5.0 of EarMaster Essential (I purchased it last week) and my computer is running Windows XP on a Dell desk top that is +/- 8 years old.

Could you please tell me how many colors your screen is displaying and what resolution it is running (right click on the desktop screen, and choose "properties", and finally "Settings").
