I bought my copy of Ear Master off of Amazon.com but when I try to input my serial number it keeps saying that the serial number is invalid. I believe that I'm entering it correctly and wondering why this is happening. Please help...

Some of the digits may be mistaken with others (like S and 5 for instance). It is also important to respect the serial formatting (no spaces, and the hyphens must be included).
I'm relatively sure that I'm entering the serial number correctly, is there a way to retrieve my serial number and verify that the one I submitted is a correct serial number? I've registered it on the website but haven't received any confirmation that i have.
