earmaster school 5 problem

Our school is use earmaster school 5 for teaching. It is in use at the early time. But one week before, the all user cannot close the program by display a message "User setting could not be saved. The file is used by another computer on the network. The choose are only "retry" or cancel. After I have reboot the server, it cannot normally close but only in a short period. After the period, the problem happen again. Anyone can help?? THX

It seems like one of the client computers or one of the user profiles locks the file access so the other computers cannot access it. This would be the last one that was able to close the program before the message started to appear.
Try to close the programs one by one to find out what client and/or user causes the problem.
