I tried melodic dictation.

A chord progression is played, and then a tone. And I have to say which tone. But I dont even know the key. I need a perfect ear to do this?

The chord progression played at the start is a cadence establishing the key. On top of that, the name of the key is written below the clef. So it is purely relative pitch training you are dealing with here.

If the cadence wasn't played, that would be perfect pitch training. It is also possible to do that in customized mode.
