Trouble downloading the trial program

Hi there

I signed up for the trial version of EarMaster 5 on the weekend however I'm having trouble downloading the software from the link you sent through.

I am operating in Windows 7, hence clicked on the Windows link, however when I click on it the run program option doesn't launch.

I have already done the following also:

1. When the page launches I click on the box that appears at the top and select "Download file"

2. Turned off my Virus programme while I tried to download this.

Can someone please help?

Hi Lucy,

What browser are you using?

Many browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) place downloaded files in a "Download" folder, without asking you if you would like to run the file. You should therefore open the aforementioned download folder in order to be able to double-click the file and run the installation.
