I just received my box of Earmaster 5 from Amazon.
I found the EarMaster Serial # on the manual cover.
I registered my name and serial number on your site.
I've tried entering the serial # several times and made sure I'm entering everything as it's printed (i.e. letter O correctly, not 0 zero).
The software is not accepting the serial number. What do I do?
My computer is Windows 7 64 bit.

A Q in the serial number was too low to the label and looked like an O. I'm all set now. Thanks.
Yes, it seems there has been a batch of serial numbers that were printed too close to the edge of the sticker, cutting off the lower part of the letter Q.
If others than smilow also experience the same thing (i.e. see EarMaster refuse a serial number) and you find a O in the code, try to replace it with a Q.
