Change Tuning on the Guitar

I was wondering if you could change the tuning on the guitar in Earmaster so that you can train on interval recognition in Open-G, for example.

Yes you can:

ANSWER INPUT menu > TUNING (> CUSTOMIZED... if your tuning isn't available as default).
