Buttons in Earmaster not showing up labels

When I opened my Earmaster pro exercises, the buttons that showed (Next Question/Playquestion) the labels don't show, I think my English language pack has something missing. Also, the exit button on the exercises doesn't work either (I can't click on it). Help

Buttons and functions that can't be used in a specific situation are always greyed out. For example, if "New Question" and "Play Question" are greyed-out, it means that EarMaster is waiting for you to answer, and that you can only hear the question once for that lesson. As soon as you click on "Show Answer", "New Question" will be available again, and so on...
