Server not working consistently

I am having a terrible time trying to run Earmaster School on our school's server. Our IT followed your instructions for mounting the common folder from the server (the client is running on each individual machine.). We are running the program from Mac's and from a Mac server, I think, which means we can only run it locally (on the school network) because there is an issue with the Windows server. I'm very frustrated with this program and the forum is an extremely tedious form of customer support, especially for the amount of money we have invested in these site licenses. Isn't there a phone number for customer support? Please advise as to how we can go about getting this to work - it has been almost a year now that we have been trying.
