Ear master pro 6 keeps crashing ever since i got it and this never happened with number 5. Any ideas?

Hi,
Please make sure you have the latest build of the program. To do that, go to the HELP menu, and use the CHECK FOR UPDATES function. If an update is available, please download it and try to run EarMaster again.
If not, please let us know the specs (Operative system, screen resolution, Processor speed, RAM) of your computer and describe "how and when" the program is crashing.
