Students Having Trouble Installing Full EarMaster At Home

I purchased the Home User Site License EarMaster 5 so my students could use this product at home.

I followed the instructions and told the parents that when they install the software, to type in the activation code (which I assume is the bold letters/numbers that are on the sticker of the Home User Site License EarMaster 5 Guide).

When they did that, they said that they couldn't activate it. I have looked through my user guides and it doesn't say what to do in order for them to be able to activate the Home User Site License that I purchased.

What should I do?

They might have installed EarMaster Pro 6, which will not work with a version 5 serial number. You can still download EarMaster Pro 5 from this page:
http://www.earmaster.com/support/old.htm
