Totally CUSTOM exercises ?

Post by Shark5 »

I have been trying to create fully customized exercises in EarMaster, but I couldn't figure how to do that.

Like, what I want to do is, I want to import / create my own music notations into the Sight-Singing section and see which notes I'm not singing properly.
But I can't seem to do that, all I could do in the customized activity section is sing random notations generated by EarMaster.

Please help me.... I need to use this software asap.
Thanks.

Hi,
To do that, please follow these steps:
- select "Melody database" instead of "Generated Melodies" in the Activity set up.
- Click on "Add melody"
- Once the melody database opens, you will be able to click on an icon with a green "+" sign. This will open the note editor where you can create your own melody and add it to the database.
- All the melodies you have added to the database can then be added to your custom exercises, alongside those that come free with the software.
- Because in Music, We're All Ears... -
