Hello,
In conformity with the license agreement, I have two copies of EarMaster 6 installed. One on my main computer and one on my HTPC (I don't have a laptop).
Most of the time, I use the copy on my main computer, but when I haven't had time to do my training on the main computer, I do it in bed, on my HTPC.
Yesterday, I started the copy on the HTPC to discover a message telling me that the trial period was over (I had of course previously registered the copy).
At the prompt I tried to enter my registration information but they were rejected (too many registration).
I don't really understand why a registered program "deregister itself" like that (No hardware was changed on the computer).
Thanks for any help,
Best regards,
J-L

Re: Ear Master deregistered itself
Hi,
This happens once in a while. Sometimes it is because of an update for example.
Anyways, if you send an email to saleandsupport@earmaster.com, with your serial number. I will make sure it will work again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
