Latest Update Melodic Imitation Custom Exception Error

Post by bparham79 »

Hello Ear Master Team,

I just downloaded the latest ear master pro, and I'm now receiving an error that reads "Custom Exception List Index 3 out of bounds." I'm using a Macbook Pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.1.

Can you please address this issue? Thank you.

Hi!

You should start by trying to re-install EarMaster. You can download a new installation file here: http://www.earmaster.com/all-download.html. You should also restart your computer in the process.

Let me know if this works.

Okay. You should try to repair disk permissions and see if that works. Go to system preferences, and open disk utility, to do this.

Let me know if it works.

Hi!

I hadn't used EarMaster since last year, but I upgraded to 6.2, tried to open it, and got an error saying:

--
Custom Exception
List Index (-1) out of bounds
---

Yes, I've tried fixing disk permission, downloading EarMaster again, and restarting. No luck. What next?

I'm using a MacBook Pro with Mavericks.

Thanks in advance,

Elton
