HD crashed & Lost Everything

Hi,

I've been a regular user of earmaster 4 pro and very recently upgraded to earmaster 5 pro (at a discounted rate). Hwr, my HD died a few days ago and after recovery & reinstalling my backup files - I only have my old earmaster 4 installation file. I still have my serial number though. Also, I still have my debit card bill proving I paid for earmaster 5 pro

Do I have to send an email to someone to get the download link? Many thanks,

You should just download the free-to-try EarMaster Pro available on this website and enter your serial number

I just downloaded it & entered my serial number, but it says it's not valid - it is my old earmaster pro 4 serial number - I lost the earmaster pro 5 one, when my hard disk became damaged..

So my question is how do I get my earmaster pro 5 serial number?

EDIT: I've just seen another response to a similar thread & have emailed my name, & email address to earmaster support (because I just ordered a download - instead of a box/cd - I didn't include my home address).

My PC got a problem and I have reset PC up. Therefore my all data in the PC are lost and of course EarMaster 5 can not be used.

How can I use EarMaster 5 again ?
