Melodic Diction Problem

There seems to be a problem with the melodic diction. It only let's me put my answers in as whole notes. It won't even let me choose the other note values. Anybody have a similar problem or know how to fix it?

You suppose to have a bar with all the notes value and to be able to input the rests too. Look around, you should find it. If you check in the menu notes, you hsould find it there too

The melodic dictation exercise can be used to train pitch alone or you can enable rhythms to train pitch+rhythm.
All the lessons in the standard tutor work with pitch only - therefore the rhythm value selection is disabled and only whole notes are available.
If you customize your own lessons you can enable the rhythms and choose what note values you want to work with, i.e. how advanced it should be.
