network install, loosing data

Hi.

I´ve got earmaster installed on a chared folder on a PMG5, Mac OSx 10.5.7.
All network computers starts from this copy. All works fine.

When I want to start Earmaster on the PMG5 Earmaster promts for serial nr again, i.a earmaster dos´nt find it´s preferences inside "earmaster/earmaster school app/common.........

This reaulted in major errors! When I tryed to start earmaster from the network computers I got something like: "error - is local drive" and had to manually fix every computer again.

What am I missing when I install/start from the PMG5 that makes the preferences go bad?
