How should I divide out my practicing in earmaster 5?
should I just do 1 of every exercise daily or what do most of you do?
Hi,
It depends on what level you are at, but there are nearly as many ways to approach it as there are musicians.
Most people would wait to master intervals before moving on to chords for instance, but nothing prohibits you from starting with chords and melodic dictations while yuo are still half way through with the intervals.
Try to divide your time according to your priorities of the moment and/or your weaknesses. Spend more time on the areas where your aural skills need some extra trainng. It's easy to find out where you need to improve with the statisitcs window.
