Computer upgraded to Windows 7
Earmaster 5 was purchased for our old computer running Windows XP. How do we change it to Windows 7. We have forgotten our serial number. When we try, we get a message saying our email address is wrong but that has not changed since we purchased Earmaster 5! We have received regular emails from Earmaster since we purchased it many months ago.

To recover your serial number, you can simply write to use (see "About Us" section of the website). The webshop's login form is only to trace order shipments.
Remember to give us your name and the e-mail address that was used to order/register EarMaster so that we can look you up in our database.
