I am running and using the program intensively everyday all day long at work, and it hasn't crashed on me once for the past 6 months. I am running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. The crashes might be caused by a particular aspect of your setup (sound driver for example).

Please write to our support address: support (replace with AT) earmaster.com and answer the following questions so that we can have a look at what may be going wrong:

* Computer specs: CPU, Ram, Size of your screen and resolution used
* Soundcard brand, model and type (USB, Internal, FW, etc.)
* The language of your OS
* The version of EarMaster you are using, the build number (under HELP>ABOUT EARMASTER) and the 5 first digits of your serial number.
* The error code and description shown when EarMaster is crashing

Thanks in advance.
Bets regards,
Quentin
