There is also the minor bebop scale, which is a dorian scale with an added raised third.

In EarMaster, it has a chromatic passing tone between the 7th and the root. There is a mistake, I think.

From what I can see, the one you describe as being a mistake in EarMaster is the dominant bebop scale: C D E F G A Bb B C, which is indeed called Dominant Bebop scale in the program, not minor bebop scale.
The minor bebop scale is as it should in EarMaster: C D Eb E F G A Bb C
