i cant distinguish 3rd and 7th minor and major any kind of techniques u think i did.for example octave of tonic and songs and... but thay are not as quick and confeidence i need . do u know better tchniques.pls help . i am really angry with myself.

Have you tried to use EarMaster with your instrument at hand? That way, you can let EarMaster play the question, and then find it on your instrument before answering. Visualizing how these two intervals are played on your instrument and connecting that visual memory with the sound might be what you need to discriminate them from each other.
