How long does this take? I purchased EarMaster yesterday and was under the impression that a serial # would be sent immediately via email upon completetion of payment.
I also sent an email to support but didn't get any response from that.

I'm sorry for the delay. It depends on what type of license you have ordered. If you have ordered 1) a full license 2) as a download version 3) paying with a credit card (not PayPal) you will receive you serial number with the credit card payment confirmation e-mail. You receive that e-mail a few minutes after you have complete your transaction. In any other cases you will receive the serial number in the e-mail sent from us. We usually send it on the first business day after your purchase.
