note input suddenly disables in the middle of rhythm ex.

the note input toolbar suddenly de-selects by itself and becomes disabled in the middle of the rhythm dictation exercise,so i cannot input my answer to the dictation audio sample.could it be because my os is win98 or win 2000? thanks

Hi Maria, I don't think that using Windows 98 or 2000 caused this, it might be just some temporary error, it doesn't have to be a bug. But, are you using EarMaster 5, and its newest version? Always check for new version using "Check for updates" function in the Help menu. I didn’t experience any error so far in the newest version 5.

Did the computer write any message? Do a double check and be sue that you always have the last update
