While accessing the students results, I'm receiving the error 300.
I tried to restar earmaster several times, doing both local or cloud login and the error presists, what should I do? Thanks

This message means that EarMaster Cloud can't find your account in the Cloud. Could you please contact support@earmaster.com and tell us what your school account ID and user name are in EarMaster Cloud?
