"play your answer" greyed out

I am currently using the teacher edition of EarMaster 6. (I will probably be upgrading to 7 when a coarse editor is available).

I have set up several user profiles (for my students).

I have noticed that in a couple of these user profiles, the "play your answer" button is greyed out. I tried comparing these profiles to others that don't have this problem and can't find anything that is different. Should I just delete these accounts and recreate them or is there something else that I should try first?

Hi

The "Play Your answer" button can indeed be grayed out depending on the current lesson or options. Nothing in the profiles has any effect on that. Only the options of the current lesson or the Exercise Settings selected by the user can modify the behavior of the "Play your answer" button.
