Hi! I wonder if there is a feature of total customization of a Melodic Sight-Singing exercise. For example, if I want to train singing a specific melodic pattern or an entire song, can I somehow customize all the notes or import a midi or gtp file? If I can't, is such a feature planned for implementation?
Best regards,
Customizing a specific melody for Melodic Sight-Singing

Hi,
This was possible in v6 with MusicXML files or EarMaster's built-in score editor.
The feature will be added to EarMaster 7 when it has been improved in a few months.

Any news on this feature? I also would love to use EarMaster for sight singing some custom songs.

Yes, we are working on that feature at the moment. It should be ready in a few weeks.

So I was trying to find the customizing melodies for Melodic Sight Singing in EarMaster 7.1 however I can't find it. Can you please tell me how to customize melodies for my students to sight sing? This was very easy in version 6.

Hello,
To do that, select "Score library" for the option "Source of musical excepts", and the click on the + icon in the list of questions to add a score from EarMaster's score library. To use a custom score, you can import it into EarMaster's score library in the MusicXML format, which is supported by most notation software (Finale, Sibelius, Musescore, Notion, etc.)
