Can't start the program!!

Hi!
I have a problem with Earmaster pro 5. After download everything is all right, but after a few minutes I can't open the program! I bought it yesterday and at each time that I want to work on, I have to uninstall the software and redownloaded and work!
But it's really weird, somebody can help me please?

I don't understand, Dayn7, does your EarMaster work or not, can you run it? I understood that program started to work only after you had to download it again and reinstall it. If that is the case, that isn't too strange, as the first time installation may have been corrupted, there might have been some bytes missing, which got right the next time. It never happened to me, though.

You really understand what is happen. But I think it's my firewall or something from my PC security control, make then some bytes missing because every software installed from a CD, run and open very well and Earmaster is the only software from the net!
Anyway I'll phone a friend better than me with this kind of PC problem!

Hi Bojan!
Everythings is all right!!
My PC was infected with a lot of spyware like Worm.exe and Backdoor.exe.
That's why I did'nt start and run Earmaster. If somebody have the same problem in the future, they just have to buy a good anti-spyware like AVG and you'll get the answer of your problem!
