sight-singing barely working

There's some kind of sight singing bug. I use Earmaster both on my PC and iPad. In both locations, it seems like the first two or three melodies after reboot show my singing correctly. After that, the line indicating my pitch gets stuck at one pitch, or moves randomly, even though I'm singing in the same way.

This bug seems to have been introduced recently. I had no trouble with sight-singing a few months ago.
