'access violation'

Logging as adminstrator I get following message when I try to access user results:
Access violation at address 00578114 in module 'Ear50.exe'. Read af address 00000000.

Any suggestions?

Hello,
Please write to our support address (support AT earmaster.com) and mention the build reference of your copy of EarMaster (click on Help, then About EarMaster... in the main window. f.x: build 610S).
