Fretboard Dots

I play a ukulele and I'd like to show that onscreen. The problem is that if I use the custom string tuning the fretboard dots will be wrong. I have dots similar to the banjo but again they'll only show with that specific tuning. I'd also like to not show the dot on the third fret because I constantly mistake it onscreen as the fifth fret.

The dots on my instrument are:
5th fret
7th fret
10th fret
12th fret
15th fret

All are single dots.
