Where is serial number on online downlaod?

Hi,

I think i have the same issue as a past post. I purchased a download version and been waiting a day for the serial number.
my paypal Invoice id is: 100489

i sent and email to sales4@earmaster.com but it got rejected by the email server.

Hi,

the problem is that the emails we are sendig to you comes back as rejected, do you have another email adress where we can email your serie number?... I don´t want to write down the email adresse you wrote in your online order on this forum, if the adresse was wrong that could be the reason.. please contact us..!

I cannot send you guys emails, i've tried from all my accounts

the user name you have on record for my
@excite.com

account is the same username for my
@gmail.com
@yahoo.com

This is the error i get sent back to me no matter which client i use:
(google error)
