Re: Ear Master for IPAD

Will it have the same functionality as the desktop application?

It would be great if it added one piece of functionality - tolerance adjustment for pitch recognition. I have the desktop EM6, but I do not use it because it does not have this adjustment.

Tolerance

Could you possibly consider adding a tolerance setting in the near future? I'm currently using Songs2See with my son, to help him perfect his violin pitches, but I'd love to use EarMasrter again. I've started this thread about tuning to different frequencies, but in fact this is not very critical. T...

Re: Tuning

I have a related question: Is it possible to adjust the pitch tolerance? Currently EarMaster is too tolerant for our needs. It shows green notes even when my son plays them way too sharp or way too flat. Most of the time EarMaster shows 100% even when my son plays his pitches terribly. We would appr...

Tuning

My son uses EarMaster to practice his violin. His teacher told us to tune the violin to 442Hz. The electronic tuner that we have defaults to 440, so we change it to 442 for tuning.

Now I wonder, how is EarMaster "tuned"? To 440, or 442, or something else? Is this adjustable?
