Latency on Surface Pro 4
I have a Surface Pro 4 with i5, 8GB of RAM and Windows 10. I just tried the EarMaster 7, but the rhythm exercise has too much latency. I tried tapping on the screen and on the space bar, but they both have too much latency. I would like to tap on the screen so I could use the Surface as a tablet when I am doing the exercises. I also tried so search for a solution, but I can't seem to find it. Is there a fix?

Hello,
You can play rhythms using the downward arrow. Is it also incurring too much latency? If yes, we would really appreciate it if you could make a short video clip showing the problem and send it to support@earmaster.com
We have had a few reports about latency, but haven't yet been able to reproduce it on the computers of our office, even on very slow computers. So a video would be very helpful for us to measure how much latency there is on your setup.
