MIDI thru settings?

Is there a way to disable MIDI thru?

I would like to be able to use a keyboard for the earmaster exercises without retriggering the notes via the computer.

I use earmaster 6 and as well as the earmaster 7 beta version.

I know I can turn local control off on my keyboard. However, the notes going through the computer are triggering the keyboard at a fixed velocity.

This is not possible but it is something that we should add. I'll forward your request right away.

Have you tried to use the "Silent input" exercise option (right panel in the exercises)? That could be a workaround, perhaps.
