Serial number taking too long

Hi, I purchased an upgrade version from Earmaster 6 to Earmaster 7 yesterday (Dec 28 Friday). There was a confirmation email sent to me that says that a separate email with my serial number will be sent for upgrades. Unfortunately, I haven't received any emails since yesterday. When will I get my email with my serial number?

Our company is not running at full speed during the Christmas and New Year period. This was mentioned in our contact page, but we should mention it in the shop as well, sorry about that. Support and after-sales service is back to normal speed now.
