Mic setup Win 10 PreSonus Audiobox USB

Hello,
I can't get my setup to work which is as follows:
Shure SM58 mic plugged into channel 1 of a PreSonus Audiobox USB. OS is Windows 10. A signal is detected if open the Windows sound control. I can also use the mic within the Studio 1 2.6... software without any issues.

But in the EarMaster mic setup no sound is detected. The device is listed and selected but to no avail. I also tried older versions, even version 6, but it's the same issue.

Is the Audiobox selected as both default playback and default recording device in Windows?

Hi, yes it was selected both as default input and output.
But the issue was actually driver related. There is a new universal driver called 'Universal Control', you can download it here: https://www.presonus.com/products/audiobox-usb/downloads

Now everything works perfectly!
