how to unlock RCM Vocal Curriculum 1-6

How does one buy/unlock the RCM Voice Level 1-6 module?

RCM Voice Level 1-6 lessons appear (locked) in my EarMaster Pro 7 for PC. Clicking a locked lesson pops up a window that says I can buy a license, but clicking the "More info..." button in that window just takes me to the page for buying EarMaster, not the RCM Vocal Curriculum module.

The version comparison chart also lists RCM Vocal Level 1-6 as a paid add-on for the EarMaster Pro product, but provides no way to buy it.
